I have been to various options over the years and alway felt uncomfortable,they tell you to pick your frames, not receiving help on how they look never fitting right!!!
I’ve never experienced customer service like I have experience at Pollardoptical they certainly do care about you and your eyes!
Eyes tested by a lovely lady who explained what they are doing on each test, and what prescription they advise for you!
Let me say I’m a different customer my ears are higher, and glasses slip and tilt forward, not good!!
Nadine went above and beyond ordering frames in, that would accommodate my high ears and suit my face. Let me tell you Nadine has a excellent eye for the best frames that would suit ever customer!
Nadine told me to go home and she’ll order a variety of frames in!
Also kept me informed on when all the frames would be in as they were coming from different suppliers!!
Went in and tried on all the frames what a selection Nadine had ordered, frames picked in no time that suited my needs and looks good too!
Highly recommend.
